Mild Ale: Mild ale is often described as a draft version of Brown Ale, but with less alcohol. Smoothe finish, with no bite from either the hops or dark malt.
British Bitter: Low alcohol "Session" beer. Very popular in Britain. Hops can vary according to taste.
British IPA: Strong version of British Bitter, with lots of hops. Optional addition of oak and/or brown sugar makes this beer unique.
Brown Ale: Dark and lightly hopped. Color and flavor comes from dark brown sugar and chocolate malt.
Porter: Wonderful, rich, dark beer. Three kilos of base malt and three specialty grains make this a "must brew."
Sweet Stout: Mid strength Stout gets its sweetness from Crystal Malt.
Kolsh: Light in body and color. Slightly tart. Low hop bitterness and aroma.
Trappist Ale (Double): High alcohol, dark and malty beer with lots of hops.
