Pale Ale is one of the most popular British Beers. Amber in color, fairly bitter, but balanced by the sweetness of Caramel Malt.
Brown ale is sweet and malty, with a distinct toasty flavor from the dark chocolate malt. Low bitterness.
India Pale ale is known for its high alcoholic strength and bitterness. "Toasted" malt grains give this ale a copper color and malty aroma.
Porter is a very dark, almost black brew, with a dry, coffee-like taste. Bitterness is moderate.
Stout was developed from Porter. It is a black beer with strong, coffee-like flavor from generous portions of Roasted Barley.
Wheat beer is brewed with a combination of wheat and barley malt. Very refreshing, well carbonated, low bitterness, fruity flavor. Fantastic!
